Manufacturing Defects

Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or fault in the outfit.

If you receive an outfit with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. You may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the defect for verification.

Once the defect has been verified and approved by Mahnoor Malik Clothing, the outfit may be returned in accordance with our return procedure.

No Return or Exchange for Other Reasons

Apart from a verified manufacturing defect, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Colour preference
• Difference in personal expectations
• Delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
• Damage caused after receiving the outfit
• Improper handling, washing, ironing, or care of the outfit
• Customised or made-to-measure requirements that were provided incorrectly by the customer

All outfits are checked before dispatch. Customers are requested to inspect their order carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if they believe there is a manufacturing defect.

Mahnoor Malik Clothing reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
